Content on this site is general information about our services. It is not professional advice for your situation. Prices shown are starting prices; the fixed price for any engagement is confirmed in writing before work begins.

Engagements

Every engagement, including the Assess diagnostic, is governed by a separate written agreement that sets out scope, price, timing and data-handling commitments. Where that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement applies.

Conversion credit

25% of the Assess diagnostic fee is credited toward a follow-on engagement booked within 30 days of the findings presentation. The credit has no cash value and cannot be transferred.

Intellectual property

Content on this site belongs to Anza Works unless stated otherwise. Materials we publish as open templates or playbooks are shared under the licence stated with them.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, including the Australian Consumer Law, we are not liable for loss arising from use of this website or reliance on its general information.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia.
