Contributor tiers and fees
Every piece of work is scoped and priced before it starts. You are paid per engagement, not per hour logged.

| Contributor | Delivers a scoped task inside an engagement, such as a data pipeline or a model. | Fixed fee per task, agreed before work starts |
| Lead contributor | Leads a workstream and works directly with the client. | Day rate for the workstream, agreed per engagement |
| Product contributor | Builds open templates and reusable analytics components used across engagements. | Fee per accepted asset, with credit in the open playbook |
