Anza Works (“we”, “us”) is a data consultancy based in Perth, Western Australia. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). This policy explains what we collect through this website and during client engagements, and how we protect it.

What we collect through this website

  • Details you enter in our contact and contributor forms: name, email, organisation and your message
  • Booking details you give when you request a call through our calendar
  • Basic technical information our hosting provider records to keep the site secure, such as IP address and browser type

We do not use advertising cookies or sell personal information.

How we use it

  • To reply to enquiries and arrange calls
  • To assess applications to join our contributor network
  • To deliver services you have engaged us for

Client data during engagements

  • We collect data as exports from your existing systems, databases or spreadsheets, limited to what the engagement needs.
  • We de-identify data wherever possible before analysis.
  • We use secure tools that follow industry standards and data-protection best practice.
  • If we introduce cloud services, we protect confidentiality and tell you promptly about any change.
  • We return and delete your data at the end of every engagement, as agreed in writing.

Service providers

We use trusted providers to run this website and our business, including Vercel (website hosting), Formspree (form delivery) and Microsoft 365 (email and video calls). These providers may store data outside Australia. We choose providers with appropriate security and privacy protections.

Access, correction and complaints

You can ask to see or correct the personal information we hold about you, or make a privacy complaint, by emailing hello@anzaworks.com.au. We will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner atoaic.gov.au.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
